Candidate Focus

Candidate Focus

Ashley Kate HR have always had a real focus on the care that we provide to our candidates throughout their journey with Ashley Kate HR. With the market for candidates tightening, this is becoming more important than ever, and we do appreciate that everything we do can always be improved on.

After going to out to all our candidates last year in our annual survey, and working closely with the Customer Service Excellence team to renew our accreditation we have implemented a number of, what we see as improvements.

Late in 2017 we launched the Ashley Kate HR App, this enables us to reach our candidates quickly and facilitates regular updates. We have shortened our candidate feedback process, leading to a huge increase in response and dedicating our Senior Business Manager to understanding the feedback given. In addition, we have reviewed and increased the training and development for our team in this area.

We always work closely with clients to ensure that the total candidate experience is best in class, including ensuring that feedback is prompt and comprehensive, the selection process is clear and timely and that the candidate is made to feel that they are our priority.
