Welcome Georgia Wilkinson!

We’re thrilled to have Georgia Wilkinson join the team!

Not only will she be helping us find amazing candidates and place them in exciting roles, but outside of work she loves whipping up delicious treats in the kitchen. We can’t wait to see what great things she’ll bring to our recruitment initiatives.

We asked Georgia some questions to get to know her better:

What attracted you to join Ashley Kate?

I was attracted to Ashley Kate as they specialise in HR and Finance, allowing consultants to become specialists in these areas which in turn allows you to understand the needs of clients and candidates better.

What will your role include?

My role will include focusing on Junior level HR roles, working alongside the HR consultants to assist in filling these positions.

What areas of your new role are you looking forward to the most?

I enjoy following the whole candidate journey, understanding exactly what it is that they are looking for and following the journey once a role has been found that suits their needs.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I live with quite a lot of housemates so board game nights happen quite often in my house. I also love cooking and baking, and trying to fit in trips to the theatre whenever possible.
