We start the year off with some great news, we have received the fantastic confirmation, after a recent audit, that we have retained our Customer Services Excellence accreditation. Ensuring that we are still the only recruitment business to hold this accreditation.
This demonstrates the commitment for not only ongoing excellent customer service, but a focus on continuous improvement in this area from the team. The CSE accreditation audit is a tough process involving interviews with a selection of candidates and clients, employees and a review of processes, procedures and quantifiable customer service levels.
We were really pleased to have increased our overall score due to a particularly strong focus on:
- Creating a culture of customer centricity
- Never taking customers for granted
- Developing strong partnerships with external organisations such as Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, to provide added value services
- Going the extra mile to meet customer expectations and needs
This is a great achievement for the whole team, who all contribute to the customer service levels of the business. This really does demonstrate our Be your Best ethos.
