The Role
2010 is a looking to be another great year for Ashley Kate Associates Group and due to company expansion and internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity for Consultant to join our Nottingham team.
Working within a fast-paced sales environment you will manage the full recruitment cycle. Day to day tasks will include:
- Business Development with clients and candidates with a strong emphasis on building lasting business relationships.
- Face to face client meetings
- Interviewing candidates
- All aspects of vacancy management including initial job specification, short listing candidates and negotiating packages.

Account Management of a number of high profile clients.
You will:
- Have a natural sales ability
- Be hard working, enthusiastic and have drive, initiative and an ambition to succeed.
- Have a proven background of developing successful business relationships
- Have minimum 1 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant
