An opportunity has arisen for a temporary TUPE Project on a 6 month basis.
You will be supporting this established organisation based in York with good motorway links from the A64. The purpose of the contact is to manage the TUPE In process of c30 staff coming into the organisation.
This is a project focused role that will be centred on the full TUPE process from initial meetings through to the on boarding of staff.
Candidates must have proven experience managing a TUPE programme with strong employment law knowledge and solid HR generalist skills. Industry experience is flexible however candidates must have recent TUPE experience.
This is a full time position with an option to work a number of days from home.
