Our client is based in North Oxfordshire and is currently looking to recruit for an experienced HR Administrator to join its expanding team . You will have, ideally, at least 6 months HR administrative experience, can work on your own initiative and having worked within a customer related company provide an excellent customer service focused approach to work
.
Role :
To provide HR assistance for designated regions in the following areas:
HR admin for Adviser case work – i.e. managing performance/ action plans,
extension to probation action plans, attendance and sickness management, disciplinary
Manage admin for all maternity, paternity leave, flexible working cases and grievances
To manage own case work and provide HR advice where applicable, with assistance and support from HR Adviser. E.g. garden leave admin, extension to probation, sickness absence action plan
To undertake general HR administration for designated regions including:
Recruitment – to produce offer letters, contracts and probation paperwork and action HR Pro. To manage reference requests in a timely manner.
Changes to terms and conditions – to produce relevant letters and amend system .
Leavers admin – to acknowledge resignation letters, action system including IT actions.
Reward - pay and benefits administration for starters and leavers;, organise pension and BUPA paperwork, bonus and pay review administration
To provide support to HR Advisers and administer their case work
To demonstrate a proactive approach to manage case admin
Cover workload of the HR Reward and Benefits Assistant in their absence
