Our client is a rapidly expanding service based provider located in South Yorkshire who is driven to achieve business excellence in the market place. They now have an excellent opportunity for a strong HR generalist to join their team of 6 in supporting this growth and development further.
You will be an experienced HR Adviser with competent skills across the generalist remit including managing high volume case work. This is an environment where HR is being developed into the business and volume it will therefore give you the opportunity to be a key player in the design and development of HR policy and practices into the business
You will have the proven ability to operate in a fast paced sector and be able to manage volume workloads and work to tight deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills and have a positive track record of gaining buy-in from managers of all levels and personality's ideally in an environment whereby HR is still being developed.
As a proactive personality you will have experience of achieving success in a variety of HR related project work in order to develop the function further. you will also be ideally CIPD qualified or hold equivalent experience and qualifications.
