Interim HR Manager - 2 years (Ref: 1003-42JMC)

My client is looking for a CIPD qualified or equivalent HR Manager with experience of setting up a HR and Recruitment team from a Greenfield site. The role is for a period of 18 months to 2 years.

Essential requirements;

You will be from a fast paced environment with line management experience of a large HR team. You must have experience of setting up HR from a Greenfield site. You must have experience of implementing and carrying out a significant recruitment campaign e.g. of 1000 people within a few months. You will have previous experience in the procurement and implementation of HRIS, Recruitment, Payroll and Time and Attendance Systems. You will have project management experience (ideally with exposure to Prince II / MSP Principles). The role will involve setting up payroll systems and overseeing monthly payroll to ensure the effectiveness of payroll processes.

Your HR skills will be both generalist and project based and you will have significant generalist experience and knowledge in employment law, disciplinaries and grievances, tribunals, recruitment strategy and practice, inductions, development and performance management.

You will have well developed talent development, counseling, coaching and mentoring skills. You will have the ability to manage and disparate workloads and multiple projects. You will have the ability to manage conflicting priorities whilst maintaining resilience. You are a good communicator, both written and verbal; good relationship builder; excellent interpersonal skills. You have a can do, will do ethos. You have a flexible in their approach to their work and people and are able to work with various management styles within the executive team.
