Kirklees College are looking for two proactive, innovative and knowledgeable CIPD qualified professionals to join a newly formed team and take a lead role in developing the HR business partner approach across a public sector organisation.
You will provide a full HR service including recruitment, case work, employee relations and advising on business change and have strong background in one of the following areas:
•Equality and Diversity (Full time position)
•Recruitment and general HR processes including knowledge of HR databases (18.5 hours per week)
With a minimum of two years previous experience, you'll have experience of handling a range of complex staff issues and a sound knowledge of employment legislation. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be second to none.
