The formation of Kirklees College represents a new chapter for education in the region and an exciting challenge for dedicated individuals to help us enhance our role as a key part of the community.

We're looking for two proactive, innovative and knowledgeable CIPD qualified professionals to join our newly formed team and take a lead role in developing the HR business partner approach across our College.

You will provide a full HR service to your assigned Directorate including recruitment, case work, employee relations, business change and training, and have strong background in one of the following areas :

Equality and Diversity
Training Delivery
Staff Health and Well-being, or
Core HR administrative processes, including the implementation of a new HR database.

With a minimum of three years previous professional experience, you'll have experience of handling a range of complex staff issues and a sound knowledge of employment legislation. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be second to none.
