Our client is a leading provider of Employment Law services within the UK, and they are currently undertaking an exciting recruitment drive to expand their business across the West Midlands regions. They are currently recruiting for a new Field based Employment Consultant to join their network.

To qualify for this role you must be living in the following postcode – TA
Your role will be to work closely with a variety of SME clients and business, setting up their HR Systems and processes in order for them to be compliant and equipped to deal with all HR issues.
You will meet with clients, create their employment documentation or critique the own existing documentation to ensure they are compliant. You will manage your own workload in order to ensure that their expectations are met and no complaints are upheld. You will attend team meetings, as required.
 
Required Qualities
•         Thorough knowledge of personnel practices
•         Professional approach
•         Confident manner facing clients and on the phone
•         Ability to work under pressure
•         Organisational and time management skills
•         Excellent attention to detail
Suitable candidates will have extensive experience in a client facing role with a strong emphasis on building client relationships. You will have knowledge of the preparation of contractual documentation and a working knowledge of current employment law, although full training will be given.
