An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim ER Specialist to join a leading business in West Yorkshire.  This is a long term interim contract for a period of 14 months and candidate should be available to start towards the end of August.

Working in a corporate environment, candidates will have strong Employee Relations skills and have worked in a pure ER role previously to gain this experience.

You will be able to work closely with and be able to influence a wide range of personality’s across the business including Senior management and Directors.

You will be experienced in managing HR change agendas and influencing change in a fast paced commercial environment.  You will have a proven track record of managing a wide range of complex ER issues.
