We have an exciting opportunity to join a national manufacturing company in a small onsite HR team as a HR Administrator.
Reporting into a Regional HR Manager, your duties will include:
-Administering the recruitment process
-Monitoring training needs and organising induction/mandatory training.
-Case management of basic Disciplinary/Grievances
-Collating reports for senior Managers
-Payroll – data entry and checking salaries, annual leave, sickness etc
-Provide basic advice on Policies and Procedures
-Maintaining HR system information and hard copy files
You will have previous experience working in an administrative role within a HR team. You must have basic employment law knowledge and excellent numeric and organisational skills. SAP or payroll experience/exposure will be essential also. Ideally, you will have experience in a logistics/manufacturing environment and be working towards CIPD.
