We are actively recruiting for two interim HR Officer to support internal changes for a manufacturing company for a short term contract.
You will be required to:
• Support with Consultation Processes.
• Lead on one to one Consultations Meetings.
• Develop documents used within this process.You would be the ideal HR candidate if you have:
• Knowledge of redundancies
• Change Management experience
• Excellent communication skills
