An opportunity has arisen in South Yorkshire for an immediately available HR professional to support this established organisation through a period of annual leave. This is a short term contract for at least 1 month with a view to start immediately.
Applicants will have established HR experience with the proven capability to work autonomously and support. You will be flexible in your approach and will be comfortable working within a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities will include:
• Supporting with recruitment and selection processes, from managing correspondence through to CV selection and interview support
• Advising managers and employees on all aspects of disciplinary, grievance
• To advise managers and employees on Company policies and statutory entitlements
• Updating employee records and providing general administrative support
