Our client, a well known, manufacturer/service consultancy is offering a 12mth contract to an experienced Compensation and Benefits professional.

You will work as part of a team consulting and advising HR and management representatives regarding compensation policy evaluation and analysis, new recruit, promotions, equity adjustments, market analysis, job evaluation, retention and compensation projects and initiatives.
You will utilise your compensation skills and innovation including job analysis, market pricing, and market analysis and deliver an effective programme of valued added initiatives.

Ideally you will have experience of working in an international matrix environment and of leading reward processes and providing reward support and assistant to internal stakeholders across the UK and at international sites.
