Our client is a leading brand within their sector and due to an internal change an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist within their HR team.
Suitable candidates will have experience of working internationally and you will be responsible for the HR functions relating to payroll and reward.
Duties will include
The management of European salary and pay practices
Analysis of Benefit schemes for EU employees and negotiating with scheme renewal to ensure cost effectiveness for the company
Management of the UK Payroll is also a very small part of this role.
