    Job description

    An excellent HR Officer opportunity has arisen for our Voluntary Sector client. The role of the HR Officer will be to provide a consistent, effective and confidential personnel service for the HR Business Partner and staff. To ensure compliance with personnel policies and procedures and current Employment Law. To organise and support line managers in all aspects of the timely recruitment and selection of staff and to provide regular statistical reports on employment related matters. Key areas of this role will be Recruitment & selection, Operational Personnel Management, Monitoring, Employee Relations and Training.

    The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of current employment law, knowledge of good practice in employment policies and procedures and ideally be CIPD qualified. They must have the ability to provide outstanding customer care, prioritise a demanding workload.
