    Job description

    A fantastic opportunity has risen for an experience HR and Recruitment Manager to join a leading healthcare provider in York on a permanent basis. They are looking for a driven professional to support the delivery of organisational change throughout the business. 

    Working closely with the Head of HR and Recruitment you will assist with the implementation of their new HR system, advise employees on all aspects of best practice and legislation as well as proactively working with stakeholders on the design and delivery of recruitment and selection training. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a hard working team and get involved in a high volume of project work. 

    What you need:
    •    At least five years’ experience working within a shared service centre and within a busy recruitment or HR department.
    •    Previous experience implementing a new HR system.
    •    Experience of delivering training courses to stakeholders.
