    Job description

    We are pleased to be partnering our manufacturing client in recruiting for a Senior HRBP, based in Warwick.

    Heading up a small HR team you will be a valued member of the SMT, whilst operationally supporting the business across the whole breadth of HR. Working closely with the operational management team, you will ensure that they are best in class with the tools and expert advice that they need to shape their business.

    The ability to work and influence at all levels is essential, due to the varied nature of employees, who are based in a variety of locations across the UK and Ireland. TUPE experience is preferred, and the ability to steer and drive your own people agenda is essential.

    Senior HRBP – The Person:
    •    CIPD qualified 
    •    Ideally worked in stand alone roles
    •    Experience with supporting a dispersed workforce 
    •    A strong communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships 
    •    Ability to work with people in all areas of the business
