    Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be supporting our client in recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist/Manager to cover during maternity leave. This is a successful business within the professional field, who have offices in Birkenhead centre supporting clients UK wide.  The role would suit a Manager from a SME business who has a wide scope of experience in all areas of HR. 

    Very generalist
    Strategic input and working closely with senior management team
    Hands on day to day enquiries
    Manage relationships - Coach, guide and advise
    Management of team of 2
    All recruitment, training, ER management
    Payroll processing
    Change experience, in particular restructures
     Part time (3/4 days) Ideally, but flexible

    The ideal candidate will be CIPD level 7 qualified which is an essential requirement, they will have a strong generalist background to include the experiences above, and be available to commence in October.
