    Job description

    I am working with a well-known organisation who want to hire an experienced T&D professional. This is a brand new role for the company. You will be responsible for the evaluation of the Leadership Development programme HR have been leading as well as the design and the delivery side. This is a standalone role reporting to the HR Director. 


    If you are currently working for a large engineering or blue collar organisation and you are ready to take on a standalone role this is the perfect opportunity.


    Your duties will include: 

    •    Evaluate the existing induction program that is in place from this you will build and implement an effective induction program. 
    •    You will put in place a new training plan for all supervisor and line managers. 
    •    The apprentice levy – you will explore how you the company can utilise this. 
    •    Leadership and Development material and interventions
    •    You will Lead the delivery of the programme 
    •    You will coach and train members of the HR team to deliver programmes
    •    Using a range of interactive methods such as coaching, mentoring, projects and psychometrics

    You will be coming into a blank space and this role will give you the full autonomy to make a difference, the HR team will be led by you when it comes to L&D 


    What we need from you: 

    •    Experience of working in a multi-site capacity
    •    Relevant qualification with evidence of CPD
    •    Experience of designing and delivering training to all levels of a business
    •    Experience of coaching managers
    •    Psychometrics Qualification would be an advantage
