    Job description

    We are recruiting for an experienced generalist HR Manager on a permanent basis.  Our client is a global, leading organisation within their field, who require an additional team member after a period of transition and change. 

    The HR Manager will provide operational support to a number of divisions within this manufacturing site, and work closely with the HRBP to deliver change projects.  

    Main Responsibilities:

    ·    Very operational/hands on
    ·    ER management, absences & capability, Disciplinary & grievances (High volumes)
    ·    Change/OD. Support HRBP with change projects, especially managing consultations and organising workshops for staff.  
    ·    Work with onsite Unions - Its essential you have this experience
    ·    Policy Development/HR Initiatives where required
    ·    Good Health & Safety knowledge required

    To be successful in the role of HR Manager you will:

    ·    Have experience in a commercial, fast paced environment such as manufacturing, distribution, construction essential 
    ·    Must have experience of managing union relationships
    ·    Have excellent communication skills, able to build strong working relationships
    ·    Must be immediately available to commence
