    Job description

    Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be partnering a leading multinational organisation who are seeking a HR Administrator to join them in Castle Donington on an ongoing temporary basis. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be required to support the HR function with a variety of administrative duties & supporting the HR function in day to day HR processes. 

    Your Duties:
    •    Reference Checks
    •    New Starter packs
    •    Maintaining the HR database & updating employee files
    •    CV Management
    •    Administer HR related documentation
    •    Correspondences, HR letters, note taking in disciplinary / ER hearings
    •    Recruitment administration, such as organisation of interviews and sending offer letters
    •    Act as the first point of call for HR related queries

    What we need form you:
    •    Immediately available
    •    Previous experience in a HR Administrative role
    •    Experience of HR systems is desirable
    •    A confident team player with a hardworking attitude
    •    Ability to communicate effectively
    •    Previous working knowledge of Microsoft package
