    Job description

    Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be working with our client based in Oxford in helping them recruit a Rewards Associate on a temporary basis.  Reporting to the Rewards Director you will be working closely with the Rewards Team, HR Operations Team & Payroll Team and will be responsible for front-end payroll and benefits administration.  You will provide analytical reports, maintain employee data and provide payroll with relevant documentation ensuring that workflows are completed in line with payroll cut off dates.  

    To be considered or this role you will need to have:
    •    Experience of working in a busy HR department.
    •    Experience of working with HR systems.
    •    Experience of running HR reports, charts and graphs.
    •    Experience of dealing with compensation and benefit administration tasks with limited supervision.
    •    Experience of dealing with and maintaining high volumes of data with a high level of accuracy and with limited supervision.
    •    Ability to deal with high volumes of workload with limited supervision.
    •    Ability to deal with high volumes of incoming e-mails with no supervision.
    •    Proven ability to comfortably work to tight deadlines and to meet tight and/or conflicting deadlines with limited supervision
