    Job description

    Our leading transport client are currently seeking a proactive, engaging and energetic Leadership Development Manager on a 12 month FTC based in London. You will be responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of Leadership Development programmes & other training interventions. 

    Your duties will include: 

    •    Reviewing existing Leadership and Development material and interventions
    •    Leading the delivery of the programme 
    •    Training members of the HR team to deliver programmes
    •    Creating training plans to support people moving into key roles
    •    Using a range of interactive methods such as: coaching, mentoring, actors, projects and psychometrics

    What we need from you: 

    •    Experience of designing and delivering training to all levels of a business
    •    Experience of coaching managers
    •    Experience of working in a multi-site capacity
    •    Relevant qualification with evidence of CPD
