    Job description

    Working within a busy HR department, you will be responsible for providing excellent HR service to managers and employees while working very closely with the recruitment team in coordinating the fast paced recruitment process.

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
    •    First line of contact for HR, responding to all general employee queries 
    •    To support the recruitment team in all recruitment administration and coordination 
    •    To ensure that HR documentation is produced and maintained in a timely manner 
    •    Work very closely with payroll and liaise with them on the end to end process
    •    Being proactive and covering for the HR team when required

    Essential skill/qualifications:
    •    Proven generalist HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
    •    Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures and best practice on recruitment and selection 
    •    Attention to detail
    •    It is essential to have experience with HR databases such as Midland iTrent.
    •    Working towards CIPD

    Desired skills/qualifications:
    •    Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
    •    Ideally CIPD qualified
