    Job description

    Ashley Kate HR are working with a well-known business who, due to expansion, have a new requirement for a Reward Manager to join an existing reward team. This is a varied role, within a complex business, who value the difference that expertise in this area can drive.

    As the Reward Manager you will be reporting to the Head of Reward and your role will have a number of key responsibilities including;
    •    Support the annual salary reviews 
    •    Supporting the delivery of the annual performance
    •    Effectively manage a strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    •    Support and manage all executive rewards activities  
    •    Ensuring all roles with the company are regularly bench marked
    •    Monitor external developments ensuring the company is up to date with any regulatory requirements
    •    To support the design and implementation of key rewards projects 

    The successful candidate must have a strong reward background along with strong analytical skills and a proven record to results in this area.
