    Job description

    We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our architectural client based in Central London for a period of 12 months. Our client has a passion for designing and building amazing buildings across the UK and operate across multiple sectors. Our client employs approximately 260 people.

    The HR Advisor will report to the People Director and will be responsible for covering all aspects of HR in a generalist capacity. There will be a lean toward ER and reducing performance management issues within the organisation. There is some local travel within the role so candidates should be comfortable with this.

    Typical duties include:

    •    Recruitment support including sifting applications and interviewing
    •    Handling performance management issues
    •    Dealing with grievances and disciplinaries
    •    Conducting exit interviews
    •    Managing long term sickness
    •    Conducting and managing induction days
    •    Represent HR at meetings
    •    Learning and development projects
    •    Employee reward initiatives

    We are seeking candidates who are experienced HR Generalists and have good knowledge of employment legislation. Ideally you will have experience within creative sectors.
