    Job description

    We are currently recruiting for an organisation based in Winsford to cover a contract within their shared services Hub, until March 2018. This organisation boasts a large and fast paced HR department, which are going through a period of positive change and transformation. 

    Reporting to the HR Business Partner within the Policy team, you will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

    ·    Provide advice and guidance on policy content and provide regular updates to colleagues of key changes.  
    ·    Support the HR Business Partners function in the delivery of key projects.
    ·    Liaise with HR Business Partners on the design and launch of management toolkits relating to agreed subject areas and policies.
    ·    Initiate, recommend, develop and monitor all people related policies.
    ·    22 Hours a week. Salary will be pro rata’d

    The successful candidate:
    ·    Will be CIPD qualified or working towards
    ·    Will have experience of working in a generalist HR environment
    ·    Will be a key relationship builder and have experience of advising staff at all levels.
    ·    Have strong knowledge of employment law, upcoming legislative changes and the ability to research and analyse information for inclusion in HR policies and procedures is essential.
    ·    Will be available immediately.
