    Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a charity based in Oxfordshire, due to internal growth and expansion they now have an opening in their HR Department for a HR Coordinator.  The role would suit someone with a keen interest in HR, looking to further their skills within a busy team.   Duties may vary from time to time depending on business and team priorities.  The successful candidate will often be the first point of contact with the HR department and we are therefore looking for a pro-active, friendly and approachable person who is able to operate effectively at all levels. This is a great role for someone who enjoys assuming responsibility for all aspects of administration and thrives on being integral to the overall success of the team. 

    You will be reporting to the HR Manager with specific responsibility for supporting recruitment activity as well as advising managers on policies and procedures. 

    You will also support the HR Partners and Head of People Skills and other senior management on ER issues, including taking notes at meetings when required.
