    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join a leading technology company in Surrey. The main purpose of this role is to focus on the joining of HR and designated businesses to implement human resource strategy and the business people plan.

    This role will include providing guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions, taking the HR lead promoting best practice when dealing with challenging situations and ensuring all legislative requirements are included in the development of project and policy work. It will also involve working alongside managers to develop and maintain good working relationships with the Trade Unions. 

    The successful candidate will be fully CIPD qualified, with good analytical and Microsoft office skills and have previous experience of project management. It would also be beneficial if they had previous experience in technology and multi-site environments.
