    Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a telecommunications provider based in Hampshire, due to internal growth and expansion they now have an opening in their HR Department for a HR Coordinator. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day administration and operation of the human resources functions and duties, supporting the team in the implementation of the HR strategy and company-wide projects. You will be part of the team at the heart of what makes an organisation tick, therefore a crucial part of your role will be to ensure staff are well looked after and stay motivated and productive. 

    You will be reporting to the Head of HR, developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures and working with line managers to support L&D initiatives as well as advising on absence management.  You will also support the preparation for disciplinaries, grievances and capability hearings, including preparing the relevant documentation required, and participating in hearings acting as a HR representative.  The role will involve working on a wide variety of ad hoc projects and tasks as directed by the Head of HR as well as general HR administration duties.
