    Job description

    HR Administrator required for a position with our client based in St Austell, Cornwall. 

    You will need to be an experienced HR professional with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. 

    Areas of Responsibility: 
    •    Absence 
    •    Starters and Leavers
    •    Sickness
    •    General staff notifications and communications management 
    •    Data entry and maintenance of files and data
    •    Entry level case work
    •    Monitor recruitment applications 
    •    Support the HR team in any ad-hoc activities 

    Required: 
    •    Strong IT Administrative Skills 
    •    IT system knowledge – Microsoft (full package), Payroll systems, CVS, presentations
    •    Great communication skills
    •    Fun personality 

    Desirable: 
    •    CPP or L3 CIPD or working towards CIPD (not essential)

    To be considered candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working within an HR department with in a similar role. 

    The salary for this role is £17,000 - £23,000 This role is offered on a Full Time basis only. 

    Start date ASAP.
