    Job description

    Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be partnering our client based in St Austell in Cornwall in their search for an experienced HR Administrator. 

    If you have a passion for detail and data inputting, this is your role. 

    Due to a few major projects coming up in the organisation they are needing an extra pair of hands and so experience in HR administration would be ideal. 

    Areas of Responsibility: 
    •    Absence 
    •    Starters and Leavers
    •    Sickness
    •    General staff notifications and communications management 
    •    Maintenance of files and data
    •    Monitor recruitment applications 
    •    Support the HR team in any ad-hoc activities 

    •    Strong IT Administrative Skills 
    •    IT system knowledge – Microsoft (full package), Payroll systems, CVS, presentations
    •    Great communication skills
    •    Fun personality 

    •    CPP or L3 CIPD or working towards CIPD (not essential)

    This is a perfect opportunity for a candidate to really get stuck in to their work and be part of a fun working environment. 

    To be considered candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working within an HR department with in a similar role. 

    The salary for this role is £18,000 - £18,500 FTE for an initial 2 months however there is a very strong chance this role will be extended until March 2018. This role is offered on a Full Time basis only. (37 hours a week).
