    Job description

    You will be responsible for developing IT training for both Arena and Microsoft Office applications and to assist with this, you will need to understand the businesses current IT environment and the business processes it supports.  

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
    ·    You will be responsible for identifying training needs within the business
    ·    Design, develop and deliver training materials/courses for existing and new software training solutions to support organisational change.
    ·    Design and develop the delivery of eLearning projects in line with business needs.
    ·    Continuously improve and implement learning solutions to meet learning and development needs.
    ·    Support the IT Systems and Training Manger to undertake IT Training needs analysis’ 


    What my client is looking for:
    ·    Experience of delivering IT/bespoke systems training is essential
    ·    Be able to communicate effectively to both technical and non- technical employees
    ·    Excellent organisational and communication skills 
    ·    Undertake a proactive and innovate approach to delivering training
