    Job description

    A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a leading transport organisation, for a HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis, looking after their West Yorkshire region. 

    This is a brand new role within their structure, which will look after 10 sites and will operate as a true strategic HRBP.  You will be responsible for coaching and guiding Managers across the business to manage and lead their teams effectively.  

    This role will work across 2 different business areas; therefore candidates must be experienced in managing different T&C’s and varying cultures within one organisation.

    The main focus of this role will be to deliver a wide range of strategic HR projects covering areas including;
    •    Employee engagement 
    •    Recognition and culture 
    •    Staffing experience 
    •    Communications. 

    This person will also lead all senior level recruitment.

    You will be part of a passionate and energetic workforce and the ideal candidate must therefore have, a driven and results focused approach to be able to succeed in this role.
