    We are currently recruiting for a permanent HR Generalist for our established specialist client based in Bromley on a 3 month FTC with potential to go permanent.

    Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and efficient, HR/recruitment operational service to employees across the Head Office and Sales division of the business. 

    Responsibilities include but not limited to-

    •    Lead on the end to end recruitment process and advise line managers on their resourcing needs within budget 
    •    Provision of all HR metric within the business to support decision making 
    •    Coach and mentor line managers with employee relation issues and ensure consistency in the application of policies 
    •    Back up support to the HR Administrator. 

    What my client is looking for- 

    •    Ideally educated to degree level/standard.
    •    Ideally member of the CIPD
    •    Proven experience in the key areas of accountability. 
    •    Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation. 
    •    Good analytical ability
    •    Good time management skills
    •    Ability to prioritise and focus on the important issues.
