    Job description


    This HR Coordinator position is a very busy generalist position, which will give the successful candidate a breadth of exposure to all things HR.  Including general day to day HR queries, recruitment administration, maintenance of computerised HR system and full administration of the starter/ leaver process. This is a part time role covering 24 hours/ week (ideally over four days – but would consider a HR Coordinator on three days).

    The Role:
    •    General HR duties 
    •    Payroll – maintaining system etc
    •    Absence management – assisting HR Advisor
    •    Administration of training courses within the company
    •    DBS checks
    •    Other HR duties as required

    The Candidate:
    •    Ability to work on own and in a team
    •    Confident Excel user
    •    Ability to prioritise effectively 
    •    Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
    •    Problem solver
    •    Experience of working within a HR function is essential
    •    Experience of working well under pressure
