    This is as hands on generalist role with some support from a HR Advisor (EMEA), but will be the most senior level HR person across the regions.  

    About you 
    ·    Previous experience of supporting a client groups across Europe, primarily across France and Germany
    ·    Experience of Work Councils 
    ·    Demonstrable experience in an autonomous, standalone HR role.
    ·    Strong capability in providing operational support and business partnering services to organisational stakeholders.
    ·    Ability to multitask in a busy, lean environment.
    ·    UK employment law experience mandatory; good knowledge of HR legislation across other European regions is also essential.
    ·    Strategic influencer with strong negotiating skills. 

    Small amount of travel required; once a year to the US and occasionally around Europe.

    Additional languages skills (e.g. German, Spanish or French) is an advantage.
