    Are you a recruitment professional with experience of managing the end to end internal recruitment process who is looking for their next challenge?

    My client is a leading manufacturing business based in Hull with other sites in the North West, this role will be based in Hull with semi regular travel to other sites.

    Working alongside the HR team and collaborating with hiring managers across the business, you will manage the full recruitment process for all roles across two UK sites. You will be recruiting for a variety of roles ranging from shop-floor to senior managerial. This process includes taking a detailed brief, advertising, CV shortlisting, screening, testing and interviewing through to offer and on-boarding. You will also be the dedicated regional subject matter and technical expert on a new recruitment system being implemented across the business and first point of contact regarding these matters for our other HR departments across Europe. 

    A key part of the role is also to manage relationships with the businesses preferred recruitment agencies. This will involve daily communication to provide new role briefs, review candidate submissions and provide detailed feedback to ensure that only the most relevant applicants are presented in future. 
    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for leading recruitment projects such as new system implementations and account or PSL reviews. 
    You will be accountable for ensuring all roles are recruited within desired timescales and facilitate all associated recruitment activity. The key purpose of this role is to reduce both time to hire and recruitment costs, the talent acquisition coordinator will therefore consistently monitor these key KPIs and always seek to improve them. 

    You will have a strong recruitment experience from either an agency or internal background and ideally be degree level educated. We are looking for someone who has a switched on mindset, is enthusiastic and will enjoy working in a light hearted environment. You will need to be a self-motivated individual who can work both autonomously and as part of a team.
