    Job description

    We are looking for an experienced internal Recruitment Consultant, to work for this fantastic organisation based in Macclesfield.

    Due to a period of exciting change this organisation requires a new member to join their internal talent team, as part of a wider HR shared service hub. 
    Reporting to the Talent Manager, this candidate will work closely with both Talent and People managers to deliver recruitment projects that will lead to the improvement of the services across the organisation. 

    The role:
    ·    Deliver projects that will lead to the improvement of services across the organisation to attract and retain diverse talent
    ·    Understand behaviours, competencies and skills needed to develop the resourcing process
    ·    Review and evaluate recruitment and selection processes 
    ·    Develop an effective Preferred Supplier List for agencies and manage relationships with agencies 
    ·    Manage the Recruitment process from start to finish, managing Assessment Centres and attending Recruitment Fairs

    What we need from you:
    ·    Educated to degree level or equivalent
    ·    Previous experience within an in house role is essential
    ·    Experience in utilising social media platforms to recruit
    ·    Strong relationship management skills and the ability to manage high volumes of workload
