    Job description

    My client is a leading manufacturing company based in South Yorkshire who are looking for a L&D Administrator on a 10-month contract basis to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for their next challenge within Learning and Development. Reporting into the L&D Officer, this role is crucial for achieving the department goals.

    Responsibilities include:
    •    To effectively deliver inductions, ensuring a quality and consistent approach
    •    To issue accurate course invites for all courses – giving at least 3 weeks notice 
    •    To record all course attendance and update all databases with student information
    •    To action the following: record all cancellations onto the monthly delivery log, follow up incomplete training request forms and monitor the invitation process for ad-hoc training courses
    •    To fully prepare the training room for all courses (flipchart paper/ flipcharts, tea, coffee, etc)
    •    Distribute all pre-course work in a timely manner and produce accurate and up-to-date course attendance lists
    •    To gather qualitative and quantitative data to analyse and determine training requirements.

    This is a great role for someone who is enthusiastic about HR and training and is confident and enthusiastic and able to deliver inductions to new starts in the business. You will be organised and have great administration skills and be IT proficient.
