    We have a fantastic position available within a charitable organisation in Rugby.  They are looking for a L&D Manager to come on board to establish the L&D function from scratch, driving forward change and development within the company.

    •    E-Learning initiatives- promoting the platform and driving it forward
    •    Leadership and management development
    •    Training needs analysis
    •    Design and delivery of learning initiatives
    •    Create a passport for learning
    •    Work in conjunction with HR

    The candidate:
    •    CIPD qualified or equivalent training qualification
    •    Passionate about L&D
    •    Assertive and confident in your approach
    •    Experience of working within the public sector would be highly advantageous
    •    Experience of working within a L&D function is essential
