    Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be partnering our client based near Heston in Cornwall. 

    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Generalist to be based on site in a standalone role reporting directly in to the London based Head Office.

    You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries including ER cases, recruitment etc and will provide best practices HR advice. You will need to be a forward thinking, confident and strategic thinker that isn’t afraid to get stuck into the day to day operational activities. 

    If you are a competent and motivated HR Generalist looking for your next challenge and are looking for a fantastic, supportive company this could be the role for you. 


    •    CIPD qualified (ideally level 5 or above)
    •    Ability to work autonomously 
    •    Excellent communication and IT skills 
    •    Strategic planning
    •    A variety of ER case load experience
    •    Knowledge of recruitment and UK employment law
    •    Have a full UK driving licence and reliable transport
    •    The ability to multi task and work to deadlines
    •    Competency in IT
    •    Ability to ask the right questions
