    Job description

    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join this Global organisation on a permanent basis, after a positive and significant period of change and growth. The role will report into the HR Director and will be responsible for 200 employees across the UK divisions of the business.
     
    The role will see you supporting with ad hoc project work surrounding change management, rewards & recognition, talent management etc. You will also play a key part in the development of HR within the company. As well as this the role is very generalist, working closely and partnering senior division managers, and will encompass operational elements such as employee relations, review & development of policies/processes, and recruitment. 

    We are looking for an experience generalist/Business partner, who is an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and who has the ability to build relationships within the team. 

    A candidate who would thrive working in a supporting team environment, and has lots of ideas to bring to the table. 

    A generalist background within a highly commercial environment, for example engineering, professional services. Fantastic benefits and bonuses come with working for this company.
