    We are pleased to be partnering our client in their search for a HR Manager to join at their site in Feltham.  Reporting to the HRD in the US you will support c350 employees, whilst partnering c25 stakeholders across EMEA and APAC. 

    This is an exciting time to join our client as this role has a ’white space’ approach in delivering the people plan to a number of countries as well as offer a strategic input to the overall people agenda. 

    This is as hands on generalist role with some support from a HR Advisor (EMEA), but will be the most senior level HR person across the regions. 

    About you 
    •    Previous experience of supporting a client ground across Europe, primarily Germany.
    •    Experience of looking after a APAC community I highly desirable.
    •    Strong Generalist experience at Senior level.
    •    Developing and coaching a HR Advisor, but with no direct line management responsibilities.
    •    Demonstrable experience in an autonomous, standalone HR role.
    •    Strong capability in providing operational support and business partnering services to organisational stakeholders.
    •    A passion for Human Resources – resilient, ambitious and a desire to add value.
    •    Ability to multitask in a busy, lean environment.
    •    Experience working in a matrix organisation and mid-to-large sized global business, and dealing with senior stakeholders.
    •    UK employment law experience mandatory; good knowledge of HR legislation across other European regions is also essential.
    •    Strategic influencer with strong negotiating skills. 
    •    Ability to engage and partner with internal stakeholders on all HR issues to influence and coach decisions in line with Marken policies and procedures.

    Experience within logistics or pharmaceuticals would be preferred due to the demanding nature of the role and hitting the ground running; other backgrounds will be considered.

    Small amount of travel required; once a year to the US and occasionally around Europe.

    Additional languages skills (e.g. German, Spanish or French) is an advantage.
