    My client is a leading manufacturing company based in West Yorkshire who is looking for an HR Administrator on a 10-month contract basis to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for their next challenge within HR.

    Responsibilities include:
    •    Assisting and updating information on HR system
    •    Being the 1st point of contact for all HR enquiries and escalating them when appropriate
    •    Dealing with internal and external queries, responding as appropriate and/or ensuring that all messages are passed on in a timely manner;
    •    Drafting general correspondence;
    •    Arranging meetings, booking conference rooms across offices, refreshments, checking rooms prior to meetings etc and liaising with other attendees, both internal and external;
    •    Managing diaries, ensuring they are up to date and reminding members of the HR department of meetings etc on a daily basis;
    •    Dealing with induction packs and reference requests when needed
