    Job description

     

    Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be partnering a leading finance organisation based in Grantham, who due to expansion is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their HR team. 

    In this role you will provide a very generalist administration service for all employees across all their sites in the UK. Your daily duties will include maintaining the HR database, processing starters and leavers in a timely manner, as well as assisting with the collation of health and safety information. You will also be responsible for producing reports on long service, sickness absence and other information when required and undertake administrative duties for the recruitment process such as arranging interviews, placing adverts and preparing offer letters and contracts of employment. 

    What you need:
    •    Desire to learn and develop.
    •    Strong IT skills.
    •    Experience working within a HR Administrator role. 
    •    CPP qualified or equivalent is desirable.
