    Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be partnering with a forward thinking client on recruiting for an Internal Resourcing Officer to support their fast paced recruitment drive. This role will be based near Bristol.

    If you are a competent and motivated recruiter that is able to hold the fort and oversee Senior Stakeholders in the absence of the Recruitment Manager this would be a fantastic role for you. 

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

    •    Coordinate and attend assessment centres
    •    Placing creative adverts on Job Boards
    •    Engaging with potential candidates via social media
    •    Daily CV searching across sites and database
    •    Pre-screen candidates
    •    Coordinator interviews
    •    Conducting telephone interviews
    •    General administration when required

    Skills required:

    •    Have a full UK driving licence and reliable transport
    •    You must be an excellent communicator with fast and accurate administrative skills
    •    The ability to multi task and work to deadlines
    •    Competency in IT
    •    Ability to ask the right questions to quickly identify great candidates

    The salary for this role is up to £28,000.
